IYI trainings are designed to challenge youth workers to gain, maintain and update their knowledge,
skills, and competencies to working with children and youth. As a result, the ultimate benefit to the children,
youth and nonprofit organizations is that they maintain qualified youth workers that provide engaging programs,
interactive classrooms and practical/relevant curriculums.
