skills, and competencies to working with children and youth. As a result, the ultimate benefit to the children,
youth and nonprofit organizations is that they maintain qualified youth workers that provide engaging programs,
interactive classrooms and practical/relevant curriculums.

Using bullying and other serious behavior issues as a backdrop, we will explore the developmental underpinnings of challenging behavior and learn practical techniques for inspiring good choices as well as working through the consequences of bad ones.
